The New Year’s Day race meet was postponed due to rain so Round Nine of the East Coast Logistics Sprintcar Track Championship Series took place at Archerfield Speedway on Sunday 2nd January.
All in all I had a good race meet and am really enjoying racing against some of the best guys in our country that are up in Queensland at the moment – a great way to kick off 2022!
In Heat 1 I managed to gain 1 position. Heat 2 I managed to gain 2 positions which secured me into the dash. I started the dash in 6th and finished in 6th too.
Unfortunately I didn’t put it together in the feature race, going backwards to finish 13th, although I did have a great race experience and I’m learning more with each and every race.
