Race Meet 4 at Archerfield Speedway – Saturday 13^th November 2021.

Round Four of the East Coast Logistics Sprintcar Track Championship series at Archerfield Speedway on Saturday 13^th November was a challenging but enjoyable race for me.

The track was very slick early on which made the racing quite tricky. I managed to move forward in the first round of heats from 4^th to 2^nd which I was happy with. Round 2 of the heats I was just trying to drive a clean race and finished up by dropping a spot and finishing 6^th, which again wasn’t too bad at all.

I ended up 10^th overall on points so started the feature race in 10^th spot. The track was very slick and as the bottom was the only place which had any grip, this made passing hard. I did go to the top now and then to try and find something different, but each time I went to the top I lost some spots.

Finished up in 12^th position which I am happy with considering I have never raced on a track like that before.
