It was a tough weekend for the team, out of the 5 races Ryan got spun around in 3 of them which meant he started from last and had to drive through the field again.

Ryan drove very well all weekend and never gave up! He was fast throughout the event with his lap times being in the top 5 just about every race, so the pace was there it was just that we couldn’t get to them.

He didn’t qualify very good but this was because the weather changed a lot from the Friday 45 degrees to the Saturday about 21 degrees and we didn’t get the kart set up for him with enough grip in it for the qualifying run so he was sliding around a lot during qualifying.

To sum up the weekend, our CXR racing engine was fast but we would have liked a little more grip in the Kart. We could have used more luck during the races. All in all for his 3rd ever Australian round Ryan did an awesome job and is currently sitting in 12^th position in the championship points standings.

The team is looking forward to the next round in Albury (VIC) on April 13^th – 15^th
